Theresa Smith
Theresa is the founder and director of Smith Vocal Arts as well as the founder of ArtBeat Studio. A graduate of Syracuse University with a Bachelor's of Music in Music Industry and a Minor in Theatre, she extensively studied voice, acting, piano, and harp. She has been teaching voice, and directing, music directing, and choreographing shows in Bucks and Montgomery Counties since moving here in 2008. On top of offering voice lessons, Theresa directs virtual productions of songs and selections from popular musicals in the "Zoom Where it Happened" program.Theresa Smith
Francesca Roley
Francesca currently choreographs the Spring Musical at Pennbrook Middle School while teaching English full time in the district. Previously, she ran the Dance Team and the Cheer Team at Pennbrook MS, led the competitive Cheer Team and choreographed the Spring Musical at New Foundations Charter HS, and coached the competitive Cheer Team at Furness HS in South Philly since graduating grad school in 2012. She attended undergraduate studies at American University before that, where she was a member and eventual captain of AU’s D1 nationally competitive dance team. She views her role as a facilitator, helping her students acquire both physical skills and a means of expressing themselves.Francesca Roley
Madeline Burk
Madeline is an actor, musician, director, dancer, educator, and perpetual student. She’s currently studying theatre with concentrations in acting and directing at Muhlenberg College. She spent last summer as a student at Yale’s summer acting conservatory. This past fall, she studied physical theatre at Accademia Dell’Arte in Arezzo, Italy. As an educator, she focuses on growth rather than perfection and pays close attention to individual needs and strengths. She works to create a safe environment where students can be free and can stretch out of their comfort zones.Madeline Burk
Bergen Samuelson
Bergen has been dancing for 9 years. He has experience in ballet, contemporary, tap, jazz, partnering, hip hop, and theatre dance. He has choreographed multiple theatre productions. Bergen has also worked with SVA as the videographer, sound engineer, and tech guru, participated in Riff Raff Show Choir and Unaccompanied Minors A Cappella Choir where he was the assistant director and choreographer. He participated in all of the "Zoom Where It Happened," productions, and is currently helping with the current productions as assistant director/choreographer/tech director. Bergen Samuelson
